1. Head of Production Department
(Report directly to the Manager Director of the Plant)

REQUIREMENTS.

- Male / Female , age: 38 + .
- Bachelor’s Degree in ME, IE, Plastic Engineering.
- Knowledge in ISO/TS16949 is an ADVANTAGE.
- Strong leadership and Management Skills.
- Experienced in the field of automotive manufacturing or Plastic Injection or Mold Making
- Knowledge in TPS, Just in time, Lean, 5s.
- Strong in problem analysis and solving skills, Root Cause Analysis, Design Pokayoke.
- Strong management and Team Orientated for the subordinates.
- Good knowledge of Japanese language skills or Having experience working with Japanese Companies.

The candidate shall perform a role as a“ CHANGE AGENT” in order to achieve and shift our COMPETITIVENESS up to global standards.

2. Head of Engineering Department
(Report directly to the Manager Director of the Plant)

REQUIREMENTS.

- Male / Female with the age 38 + years. - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- At least 4 + years experience at a position in Product Design, Process Design, Mold Design, New Product Development, New Project Development in automotive manufacturing.
- Knowledge in ISO/TS16949 is an ADVANTAGE.
- Experience in the field of automotive manufacturing field or Plastic Injection or Mold Making.
- Strong in problem analysis and solving skills, Root Cause Analysis, Design Pokayoke.
- Strong leadership and Management Skill.
- Good knowledge of Japanese language skills or Having experience working with Japanese Companies.
- Knowledge in TPS, Just in time, Lean.

3. Head of QA Department
(Report directly to the Manager Director of the Plant)

REQUIREMENTS.

- Male / Female with the age 38 + years. - Bachelor’s Degree.
- Good knowledge of Japanese language skills or Having experience working with Japanese Companies.
- At least 4 + years experience in automotive manufacturing.
- Knowledge in ISO/TS16949 is an ADVANTAGE.
- Good skilled in negotiation and Quality Concept. (QCC, QA-Network, 8D, QC7 tool)
- Strong in problem analysis and solving skills, Root Cause Analysis, Design Pokayoke. - Strong leadership and Management Skill.
- Experienced in Plastic Injection or Mold Making.
- Knowledge in TPS, Just in time, Lean.

The candidate shall perform a role as a“ CHANGE AGENT” in order to achieve and shift our COMPETITIVENESS up to global standards.

4. Engineer

REQUIREMENTS.

- Male with the age 25 - 30 years.
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in ME, IE, Plastic Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years experience in Automotive manufacturing, Automotive is preferable.
- Must have Knowledge in TS/ 16949 or QS / 9000, APQP, FMEA, PPAP, Lean .
- Good command in English and Japanese is preferable.
- Strong leadership and good personality

5. Quality Assurance Engineer

REQUIREMENTS.

- Male/Female age between 24 – 35 years.
- At least a Bachelor’s Degree in ME, IE., Plastic Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience at Quality Control or Quality Assurance in automotive manufacturing.
- Knowledge with TS/ 16949 or QS/ 9000 , KAIZEN, APQP, 8D.
- Strong leadership with a pleasant personality and good in communication.
